The right ingredients

As consumers continue to demand healthier, plant-based ingredients in all products – from bars, shakes, juices and supplements, to powders, binders and animal food — we have risen to the challenge with our Root-to-Shoot approach to organics.

Unlike premium, market-ready organics, ingredients for Functional Food products can be (and need to be, from a cost standpoint) created from imperfect produce and even other parts of the plant (broccoli stems, for example) that are perfectly nutritious and would otherwise go to waste.

By having access to the right ingredients at the right price, our customers in the Functional Foods market can produce high-quality products at a reasonable price, ultimately giving consumers more opportunities to make healthy choices on a day-to-day basis.

We support our customers in the Functional Foods market with a reliable source of local, certified organic, mechanically harvested vegetables that are the definition of GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) and are independently verified for their organic integrity, food safety and ethical production.

Our products can be juiced, pureed, dehydrated and/or milled to your specifications, in order to meet the nutritional needs of your customer, logistical needs of your packaging facilities or pricing needs to stay competitive in an ever-expanding market.
